Intellectual property

The “Make Your Novel” name, the “Syntalink” name, the logos, the interface, the copy and the graphic elements of the service are protected by intellectual property law. Reproducing or reusing them without permission is prohibited. The text you generate belongs to you, on the terms set out in the terms of service.

Consumer mediation

Under article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, where a written complaint has gone unresolved, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by Syntalink: CM2C — Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — cm2c.net. The referral must be made within one (1) year of the written complaint sent to Syntalink.
